PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA — PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara (Persero) has reiterated its commitment to good corporate governance by firmly rejecting any form of partnership involving intermediaries or recruitment practices that require payment.
This was conveyed by Senior Executive Vice President of Corporate Secretary & ESG, Okky Suryono, in an official statement quoted by Palmoilmagazine.com on Friday (1/8/2025). He emphasized that all operational cooperation and partnerships undertaken by the company are carried out directly without third-party involvement.
“We have never appointed any agent or representative for partnerships. If anyone claims to represent Agrinas Palma in offering cooperation, it is certainly untrue and misleading,” Okky stated.

As a state-owned enterprise mandated to manage former HGU (cultivation rights) lands, Agrinas Palma welcomes partnerships with various entities such as enterprises, cooperatives, farmer groups, and MSMEs. However, all processes are conducted based on sound business assessments and uphold professionalism.
“Our partnerships follow a business-to-business approach that is fair and transparent,” he added.
He further stressed that there are no fees whatsoever in the partnership process. Any party requesting money or a fee on behalf of Agrinas Palma is acting illegally and is engaging in corrupt practices.
“We implement the ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System and are committed to maintaining integrity across all operations,” Okky affirmed.
Regarding profit-sharing arrangements, the company explained that schemes are determined based on the specific characteristics of each plot and the form of cooperation agreed. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, as each location faces unique conditions and challenges.
Prospective partners are encouraged to contact Agrinas Palma’s Business and Commercial Directorate directly.
Alert on Recruitment Scams
In addition to partnership issues, Agrinas also warned the public about increasing fraud involving fake recruitment schemes using the company’s name. Okky stressed that Agrinas only announces vacancies through its official website (www.agrinaspalma.id) and verified social media channels.
“We never charge any fees during recruitment. The public should be cautious and not trust information outside official sources,” he emphasized.
Agrinas Palma affirmed it is prepared to take legal action against anyone misusing the company’s name for personal gain.
In a recent fake recruitment case, Agrinas’ Communications and Institutional Relations Division succeeded in taking down several fraudulent accounts in coordination with Indonesia’s Ministry of Information and Digital Affairs (Komdigi). The effort was led by Division Head Renaldi Zein, with support from the Director General for Digital Space Monitoring, Insp. Gen. Pol. Alexander Sabar, and Secretary of the Directorate General, Mediodecci Lustarini.
As part of its broader commitment, Agrinas Palma continues to promote a clean, inclusive, and integrity-based business ecosystem while forging partnerships that deliver tangible benefits for communities and the nation. (P2)
