PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – Mohammad Abdul Ghani has been appointed President Director of PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara (Persero) as part of a newly established board of directors aimed at strengthening corporate governance and management within the state-owned plantation sector, particularly in the palm oil industry.
According to information obtained by Palmoilmagazine.com on Friday (March 13, 2026), the new leadership structure is intended to support the company’s business development while improving operational effectiveness across the state-owned plantation enterprise.
Before taking the helm at Agrinas Palma Nusantara, Abdul Ghani built an extensive career in Indonesia’s plantation industry. He previously served as President Director of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), the holding company overseeing several state-owned plantation firms.

His long experience in managing large plantation companies is expected to play a key role in strengthening Agrinas Palma Nusantara’s business performance while accelerating corporate transformation within the national plantation sector.

- Nurhidayat – Director of Business

- Seger Budiardjo – Director of Partnership and Plasma Development
