CPO Tenders at KPBN Increased Significantly on Thursday (14/9)

PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – On Thursday, September 14, 2023, the tender price for Crude Palm Oil (CPO) at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) rose to Rp 10,785/kg, marking an improvement of Rp 160/kg compared to the previous Wednesday’s tender on September 13, 2023, which stood at Rp 10,625/kg.

According to information obtained by Palmoilmagazine.com from KPBN, CPO prices in Belawan and Dumai were also at Rp 10,785/kg, while in Talang Duku, it was slightly lower at Rp 10,585/kg, excluded income tax.

Furthermore, CPO trading at the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange experienced an increase. As reported by Reuters, the reference contract price for CPO with the code FCPOc3, set for November 2023 delivery at the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange, surged by RM 3.1, equivalent to 0.83%, reaching RM 3,757 (US$ 802.95) per metric ton during the midday session.
