CPO Price at KPBN Inacom Declined on Tuesday (26/3), While the Malaysian Exchange Increased

PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – On Tuesday (26/3/2024), the tender for crude palm oil (CPO) at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom recorded a price of Rp 13,200/kg, marking a decrease of Rp 15/kg or approximately 0.11% compared to the previous Monday’s tender price of Rp 13,215/kg.

According to Palmoilmagazine.com from KPBN, CPO Franco in Belawan and Dumai was priced at Rp 13,200/kg, while CPO Franco in Talang Duku was priced at Rp 13,050/kg, albeit in withdrawal (WD) with the highest bid at Rp 12,985/kg. Additionally, crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) in Dumai was priced at Rp 15,227/kg, also in withdrawal with the highest bid at Rp 14,820/kg.

Despite the rise in crude oil prices and improvement in the Malaysia ringgit, CPO prices at the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange increased on Tuesday (26/3/2024), albeit with some restriction on the upward trend.

As quoted from Reuters, CPO reference contract price with the code FCPOc3 for June 2024 delivery at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange increased RM 14  per ton or about 0,33% to be RM 4.261 (US$ 903,33) per metric ton in the morning session.

CPO:

  • Franco Belawan and Dumai Rp. 13.200-MM, IBP, KJA
  • Talang Duku Rp. 13.050 (WD) with the highest bid Rp. 12.985-PII

 CPKO:

  • Dumai Rp. 15.227 (WD) with the highest bid Rp. 14.820-SDS. (T2)
