PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The crude palm oil (CPO) price tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom on Thursday (25/4/2024) stood at Rp 12.017/kg. This represented a decrease of Rp 38/kg or approximately 2.5% compared to the previous Wednesday’s tender, which was Rp 12.325/kg.
According to Palmoilmagazine.com, the prices obtained from KPBN were as follows: CPO Franco in Belawan was Rp 12.017/kg, in Talang Duku it was Rp 11.817/kg, in Teluk Bayur it was Rp 11.887/kg, and in Kembayan it was Rp 11.667/kg. However, CPO in Kembayan was in withdrawal (WD) with the highest bid at Rp 6.500/kg.
Crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) in Lampung was priced at Rp 15.457/kg but was in withdrawal with the highest bid at Rp 10.002/kg.

Meanwhile, the CPO price at the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange also experienced a decline for two consecutive sessions on Thursday (25/4/2025). This trend was attributed to the decreasing prices of other vegetable oils and the rise in production among palm oil-producing nations worldwide.
According to Reuters, the reference contract price for CPO with the code FCPOc3, set for July 2024 delivery at the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange, decreased by RM 92 per ton or approximately 2.33%, bringing it to RM 3,850 (US$ 805.27) per metric ton during the launch break.
Soyoil price at Dalian with the code DBYcv1 did decrease 1,2%; CPO contract price with the code DCPcv1 did too 2,45%. Soyoil price at Chicago Board of Trade with the code BOcv1 also decreased 0,42%.
