PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) prices at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) slipped on Wednesday (September 10, 2025), with transactions recorded as withdraws (WD). The highest CPO bid stood at Rp 14,475/kg, down Rp 150/kg (–1.03%) compared to Tuesday’s level of Rp 14,625/kg.
According to market data from KPBN, CPO Franco Dumai opened at Rp 14,525/kg but ended in a WD at the top bid of Rp 14,475/kg. Meanwhile, FOB Talang Duku opened at Rp 14,325/kg, with WD at the highest bid of Rp 14,280/kg.
On the global stage, Reuters reported that Malaysian palm oil futures weakened for a second consecutive session on Wednesday (Sept 10), pressured by declines in rival vegetable oils traded on the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) and Dalian Commodity Exchange.

The benchmark November 2025 CPO contract on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange fell RM 61/ton (–1.36%) to RM 4,418/ton (US$1,049.16) at the midday break.
The latest data from the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) showed that the country’s CPO stockpiles at the end of August rose by 4.18% month-on-month to reach 2.2 million tons, adding further pressure to prices.
In China, the most active soyoil contract on the Dalian exchange dropped 1.21%, while palm oil contracts shed 1.48%. Meanwhile, CBOT soyoil futures edged down 0.1%.
