PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA — The price of crude palm oil (CPO) at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) was set at IDR 14,603 per kilogram on Tuesday (October 14, 2025). This marks an increase of IDR 58/kg, or about 0.40%, compared to Monday’s (October 13) highest offer price of IDR 14,545/kg.
According to information obtained by Palmoilmagazine.com from KPBN, CPO Franco Dumai was priced at IDR 14,603/kg. Meanwhile, CPO FOB Talang Duku opened at IDR 14,403/kg, but was later withdrawn (WD) after receiving a top bid of IDR 14,381/kg. Similarly, CPO Franco Teluk Bayur opened at IDR 14,473/kg, but was also withdrawn, with the highest bid reaching IDR 14,309/kg.
On the other hand, Reuters reported that Malaysian palm oil futures weakened on Tuesday (October 14) after briefly rising in early trade. The downturn was mainly driven by profit-taking and cautious sentiment ahead of the latest export data release.

The December 2025 CPO futures contract on the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange fell RM 18 per ton or 0.4% to RM 4,481 (US$1,061.09) per ton at midday, extending its two-session correction trend.
A broker based in Kuala Lumpur noted that selling pressure emerged following earlier gains, as traders remained cautious ahead of export data expected to be released on Wednesday (October 15). The report will be closely watched as it could provide fresh direction for global palm oil demand trends.
Meanwhile, soyoil futures on the Dalian Commodity Exchange also declined, down 0.29% for the active contract and 0.09% for palm oil futures. In the Chicago Board of Trade, soyoil prices dropped 0.61%, further weighing on overall sentiment across the vegetable oil complex.
