PALMOILMAGAZINE, YOGYAKARTA — Closing out 2025 on a high note, the Institute of Agriculture STIPER (INSTIPER) Yogyakarta earned the Bronze Winner Award for Data and Information Management in the category of Best PDDIKTI Reporting by Private Higher Education Institutions. The award applies to universities and institutes with fewer than 10,000 students and was announced at the 2025 Dikti Saintek Awards in Jakarta on Thursday (19/12/2025).
The award was received by Vice Rector II for Administration, Human Resources, and Finance, Ir. Wiwin Dyah Ully Parwati, MP., representing the Rector of INSTIPER Yogyakarta. The achievement also served as a special milestone as the institution recently celebrated its 67th Anniversary.
Head of the Academic Administration Bureau (BAA) at INSTIPER Yogyakarta, Arum Ambarsari, SP., MP., who attended the award ceremony, expressed her appreciation and pride in the institution’s achievement. She said the recognition reflects INSTIPER’s professionalism and consistency in managing academic data and submitting PDDIKTI reports.

“We are delighted and proud that INSTIPER received the Bronze Winner Award for Best PDDIKTI Reporting at the 2025 Dikti Saintek Awards. Honestly, we did not expect to be included in this category, given the intense competition among private universities across Indonesia,” Arum said in a statement received by Palmoilmagazine.com on Wednesday (24/12).
She emphasized that INSTIPER remains committed to complying with all regulations set by the Directorate General of Dikti Saintek, particularly in managing academic data and institutional information. Reporting, she added, is carried out in a timely manner while continuously minimizing administrative errors and violations.
Arum also hopes the achievement will serve as motivation for all units within INSTIPER Yogyakarta, especially given the wide range of award categories at the Dikti Saintek Awards.

“Hopefully next year INSTIPER can earn more awards. This will require strong teamwork and collaboration to further improve institutional performance. We are grateful, as this recognition is the result of joint efforts between the Academic Administration Bureau and program-level administrators,” she added.
As part of its broader performance improvement strategy, INSTIPER’s institutional transformation—declared during its 2025 Anniversary—has become a key milestone in strengthening academic services and governance. Currently, INSTIPER Yogyakarta is accelerating the digitalization of its academic systems to ensure data and information are centralized, accurate, and easily accessible.
This digital transformation is expected to further support program administrators and the Academic Administration Bureau in PDDIKTI reporting. With these efforts, INSTIPER Yogyakarta is targeting higher achievements in the coming year, including securing the Gold Winner Award in the data and information category. (P3)
