PALMOILMAGAZINE, PEKANBARU – The Plasma Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) pricing team of Riau Province has announced a price increase for the period 23–29 July 2025, based on Price Determination Letter No. 25. The FFB price for 9-year-old palm trees has been raised by IDR101.46/kg, reaching IDR3,487.22/kg.
According to data from the Riau Provincial Plantation Agency compiled by Palmoilmagazine.com, the detailed plasma FFB prices per age group are as follows:
- 3 years: IDR2,681.86/kg
- 4 years: IDR3,045.61/kg
- 5 years: IDR3,229.54/kg
- 6 years: IDR3,371.08/kg
- 7 years: IDR3,443.09/kg
- 8 years: IDR3,483.85/kg
- 9 years: IDR3,487.22/kg
- 10–20 years: IDR3,467.98/kg
- 21 years: IDR3,412.70/kg
- 22 years: IDR3,359.51/kg
- 23 years: IDR3,302.91/kg
- 24 years: IDR3,240.78/kg
- 25 years: IDR3,171.01/kg
For reference, the benchmark prices for derivative products have also been set as follows:
- Crude Palm Oil (CPO): IDR14,279.69/kg
- Palm Kernel: IDR11,341.72/kg
- Palm Shells: IDR18.01/kg
- K Index: 92.18%
This increase reflects a positive trend in the palm oil market and provides stronger support for plasma smallholders across Riau Province. (P2)
