PALMOILMAGAZINE, BANDUNG – Fresh fruit bunch (FFB) palm oil prices in West Kalimantan (Kalbar) recorded a slight decline in the fourth pricing period of December 2025. Based on the decision of the West Kalimantan Provincial Palm Oil FFB Pricing Team, the benchmark price for palms aged 10–20 years fell by IDR 5.63 per kg to IDR 3,230.67 per kg for payments covering the period of December 23–31, 2025.
According to data compiled by Palmoilmagazine.com from the West Kalimantan Provincial Plantation and Livestock Agency, FFB prices varied by tree age. Prices for three-year-old palms were set at IDR 2,415.97 per kg, while four-year-old palms were priced at IDR 2,581.30 per kg. Five-year-old palms fetched IDR 2,756.73 per kg, six-year-old palms IDR 2,843.25 per kg, and seven-year-old palms IDR 2,946.94 per kg.
For older palms, prices were set at IDR 3,038.60 per kg for eight-year-old trees and IDR 3,088.99 per kg for nine-year-old trees. The highest benchmark remained palms aged 10–20 years at IDR 3,230.67 per kg.

Beyond that range, prices gradually declined. Palms aged 21 years were priced at IDR 3,175.17 per kg, 22-year-old palms at IDR 3,160.98 per kg, and 23-year-old palms at IDR 3,086.27 per kg. Prices fell further to IDR 2,983.70 per kg for 24-year-old palms and IDR 2,887.46 per kg for palms aged 25 years.
Meanwhile, the reference price for crude palm oil (CPO) was set at IDR 13,812.42 per kg, while palm kernel prices reached IDR 10,969.11 per kg. The K index for the period was established at 91.68%. (P2)
