PALMOILMAGAZINE, MEDAN — Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) prices in Sumatera Utara for the February 18–24, 2026 period posted a very slight increase, indicating a largely stagnant market trend.
Based on the provincial pricing team’s meeting, the FFB price for 10–20-year-old oil palm trees was set at IDR 3,565.77 per kilogram, edging up by IDR 0.86/kg from the previous period.
During the same period, crude palm oil (CPO) was priced at IDR 14,195.87/kg, while palm kernel stood at IDR 13,465.00/kg. The K index was recorded at 92.65%.

According to data from the North Sumatra Plantation and Livestock Agency, the detailed FFB prices for February 18–24, 2026 are as follows:
- 3 years: IDR 2,759.53/kg
- 4 years: IDR 3,023.41/kg
- 5 years: IDR 3,207.63/kg
- 6 years: IDR 3,298.68/kg
- 7 years: IDR 3,326.71/kg
- 8 years: IDR 3,417.22/kg
- 9 years: IDR 3,480.28/kg
- 10–20 years: IDR 3,565.77/kg

The limited uptick reflects a relatively flat FFB price movement in North Sumatra, mirroring CPO prices that have yet to experience any significant rally. (P3)
