Jambi Palm FFB Prices Rise by IDR 232.88/kg for Early April 2026 Period

PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAMBI – Fresh fruit bunch (FFB) prices in Jambi Province recorded an increase for the period of April 3–9, 2026. Based on the provincial pricing team’s decision, FFB from oil palm trees aged 10–20 years rose by IDR 232.88/kg to reach IDR 3,902.66/kg.

According to data obtained by Palmoilmagazine.com from the Jambi Provincial Plantation Agency, prices also improved across most age categories. FFB from 3-year-old trees was set at IDR 3,027.68/kg, while 4-year-old trees reached IDR 3,251.87/kg. Prices continued upward for 5-year-old trees at IDR 3,399.99/kg and 6-year-old trees at IDR 3,540.91/kg, followed by 7-year-old trees at IDR 3,630.03/kg and 8-year-old trees at IDR 3,708.93/kg.

Meanwhile, FFB from 9-year-old trees was priced at IDR 3,780.87/kg. The prime age group of 10–20 years stood at IDR 3,902.66/kg. For older plantations, trees aged 21–24 years were valued at IDR 3,788.89/kg, while 25-year-old trees were set at IDR 3,621.76/kg.

In this pricing period, the crude palm oil (CPO) benchmark was set at IDR 15,367.71/kg, while kernel prices were recorded at IDR 13,140.09/kg. The K index reached 93.63%, indicating relatively stable pricing conditions in Jambi’s palm oil sector. (P2)
