PALMOILMAGAZINE, BANDAR LAMPUNG – To enhance the protection of palm oil plantation labors in Lampung Province in 2024, a palm oil profit-sharing program has been devised to provide accident insurance through the Adan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan in Bandar Lampung.
A coordination meeting was convened on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2024, at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan office in Bandar Lampung. Chaired by Professor Syopiansyah Jaya Putra, Head of the Secretariat of the Electronic-Based Successful Farmer Card (e-KPB) Center, and Sulistijo Nisita Wirjawan, Head of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bandar Lampung, the meeting concluded that BPJS Ketenagakerjaan would provide assistance for palm oil plantation workers.

Palm oil profit sharing protection program would deliver not only in financial protection but also escalate the awareness that work healthy and safety is essential in palm oil plantations.
