PALMOILMAGAZINE, MAMASA – The Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) of West Sulawesi Province carried out monitoring of the use of Palm Oil Revenue Sharing Funds (DBH Sawit) in Mamasa Regency. The activity took place on Friday (Aug 22, 2025) at the Mamasa Regional Finance and Asset Agency (BKAD) office.
This initiative is part of the Pancadaya Pembangunan Sulbar program launched by Governor Suhardi Duka and Deputy Governor Salim S. Mengga, which prioritizes transparent and accountable governance while ensuring essential public services run effectively.
The BPKPD Sulbar team, represented by Budget Division staff Lukman and District Development staff Barusan, was welcomed by BKAD Mamasa officials. The monitoring session not only reviewed the implementation of DBH Sawit but also included discussions on the Provincial Standard Unit Price (SHS), which is currently being developed for adoption at the district level.

BKAD Mamasa’s Budgeting Subdivision Head, Donny, appreciated the support.
“This assistance is very helpful for us at the regional level, especially to ensure that DBH Sawit truly delivers tangible benefits for Mamasa residents. The SHS discussion is also crucial as a reference to make budget planning more structured and aligned with regulations,” he said, as quoted by Palmoilmagazine.com from the West Sulawesi Provincial Government, Monday (Aug 25, 2025).
Meanwhile, BPKPD Sulbar Head, Mohammad Ali Chandra, stressed the importance of synergy between provincial and district governments in managing DBH Sawit.
“We want to ensure the funds are used effectively and encourage districts to adopt SHS in line with provincial regulations. This is key to maintaining accountability and improving the efficiency of budget utilization,” he emphasized. (P2)
