InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA– Director ofPT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk (ANJ), Istini Tatiek Siddartha,was one who got Best Chief Executive Officer (CEO) 2017 award in Indonesia's Best CEO 2017event held by Majalah SWA in cooperation with IPSOS Indonesia and Dunamis Intermaster.
The winner candidates were judged by the work of the company and the survey from two parameters (CEO Index), such as, the leadership and commitment of employee. Some employees in the companies were asked to judge and rate their CEO. The goal is to get the index number about the leadership and employee commitment index from every CEO. The CEO were chosen based on their CEO leadership quality, from the capability of CEO to run four functions, in The 4 Roles of Leadership: pioneer, alignment, empowerment, and role model.
“The award becomes our spirit and positive signal that ANJ is ready to get the bigger and positive achievement in the future. Just like the old days, the important thing for us is to work as best as we could by prioritizing the ‘responsible development’ principle to get the best work,” Istini said in the official statement to InfoSAWIT, Friday (22/12/2017) in Jakarta.
She also mentioned, the award on Thursday night, of course, has something to do with the support from the management and the big family of ANJ Group that cultivate palm oil and other kinds in Indonesia.
Since 2003, MajalahSWA in cooperation with IPSOS Indonesia and Dunamis Intermaster held survey about The Best CEO. The goal is to get the best CEOs who could be the role model of the stakeholders nationally. Istini is one of two female CEO getting the Best CEO 2017 in majalah SWA version in this year. (T2)
