InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – According toIndonesian Palm Oil Association (IPOA), the crude palm oil production in March 2018 increased about 9% or to be 3,65 million tonscompared to February production that reached 3,35 million tons.
Executive Director ofIPOA, Danang Girindrawardana said, the increasing production happened for the longer day work, the good weather, and increasing production still.
From its price perspective, in March 2018, the global CPO was about US$ 665 – US$ 695 per ton within the average US$ 676,2 per ton. “While in March, it increased US$13,1 in average compared to the February average price, reaching US$ 663,1 per ton,” he said in the official statement to InfoSAWIT, Thursday (24/5/2018).
