InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Four men in B Commission, Legistators of Central Kalimantan Province would be in trial about the bribe to supervision case to PT Binasawit Abadi Pratama (BAP) within the agenda, to read the charge. The trial would run in the court of Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Jakarta on Wednesday (13/3/2019).
Public Relation of Tipikor Jakarta, Diah Siti Basyariah said that the charge to the legislators of Central Kalimantan province would be read.
The four are Chairman of B Commission, Borak Miltons; the Secretary of B Commission, Punding LH Bangkan; Edy Rosada and Arisavanah as the members of B Commission.
In the official statement to InfoSAWIT, the four are the suspects since 27 October 2018 together with the other three in the subsidiary of Sinarmas. They are CEO PT BAP in Central Kalimantan, Willy Agung Adipradhana; Legal Manager PT BAP, Teguh Dudy Syamsury Zaldy, and Vice Director of PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology (SMART), Edy Saputra Suradja.
It is assumed that the legislators were bribed about Rp 240 million. It was given so that they would not follow up the assumption of water pollution of Sembuluh Lake in District of Seruyan, Central Kalimantan Province that PT BAP might have done.
Besides the legislators should tell that the licenses of PT BAP are being processed. In the previous, the Legislators of Central Kalimantan found that PT BAP which operates since 2006 has no Business License and Rights to Utilize the Forests. (T2)
