InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – General Secretary of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Trade, Oke Nirwan, in the visit of Indonesian Delegation to Brussel some time ago, said that his side communicated with law firms to fight for palm oil discrimination in European Union. There have been five firms to make cooperation.
He also said that it was reported to Coordinator Minister in Economy, Darmin Nasution when doing the meeting in the recent days.
The government would point five law firms to claim Delegated Act if European Union officially adopts it on 15 May 2019. The government would claim to World Trade Organization while the stakeholders would claim to the court.
“The government would make special team to fight for the palm oil discrimination in European Union,” he said as quoted from Kompas.
The special team would be from some ministries. (T2)
