InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA - It is normal if the productions get more and more because the world demands keep increasing in every single year. Some applied researches, namely about the food oil were stagnant if using other kinds of vegetable, but get the sustainable researches after using palm oil.
The big and classical issues, such as, the melting point of food product, is well solved if using palm oil as the material. It has the equal melting point with the room temperature or would be melted if someone eats it.
The success of the research makes the derivative products of palm oil as the oil food developed not only as cooking oil and margarine but also up to produce specialty fats, such as, cocoa butter substitute (CBS).
Every chocolate product hardly uses CBS as the mixture. If it does not use CBS, the chocolate would not be easy to make its form and the taste; and it would not melt if it is consumed. Of course the mixture of palm oil product is not replaceable until now.
