InfoSAWIT, JAKARTA – Holding PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) III (Persero) got the award in BUMN Performance Excellence 2020 in the category Emerging Industry Leader, within 631 scores in the BPEA Award 2020 which was done by Forum Ekselen BUMN in cooperation with Majalah Infobank in Ballroom Hotel Indonesia (HI) Kempinksi, Bundaran HI, Jakarta (4/3/2020).
The result was from the assessment of assessor team of Kriteria Penilaian Kinerja Unggul (KPKU) to 114 enterprises in 2019. The KPKU Enterprises is one strategy of Ministry of Enterprises to improve and increase the work systematically and sustainably to fulfill the world class standards.
The standards of Emerging Industry Leader is that the company should have the systematic and effective business process, it runs well and there should no be significant gap, the analysis should be based on data and facts, and also should be in strong commitment to learn. Head of Sub Divre of Holding Perkebunan Nusantara Secretariat, Ibnu Faisal Nasution got the award, the BUMN trophy and charter of Performance Excellence Award 2020.
“Holding Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) keeps improving the work in every single year. The award is the result of the hard work and business of every employee in PTPN, and the subsidiary and also the supports from the stakeholders,” Director of Holding Perkebunan, Mohammad Abdul Ghani said, as in the official statement to InfoSAWIT recently
Besides Holding Perkebunan Nusantara, there were 9 enterprises that got “Industry Leader” predicate. The award of BUMN Performance Excellence 2020 was witnessed by Nawal Nely, Deputy of Finance and Risk Management, Ministry of Enterprises, and Faisol Riza, Chairman of Commission VI, Indonesian Legislators who does support the event. Besides announcing the winners, the event was full of assessment plans in 2020 and the seminar about “Masa Depan Pengelolaan BUMN”.
“This is the motivation for our company to go forward, increase the work of PTPN Group. We target that in the future, Holding Perkebunan Nusantara could get “Industry Leader” predicate and support five main focuses of Ministry of Enterprises, they are, Economic & Social Value for Indonesia, Business Model Innovation, Technology Leadership, Energize Investment, and Unleash Talent,” Mohammad Abdul Ghani said in the press conference in Jakarta.
