InfoSAWIT, BOVEN DIGOEL – To help and relief the villagers’ burdens in the pandemic, Korindo Group through its subsidiary operating the palm oil plantation in Papua, PT Tunas Sawa Erma (PT TSE) distributed 42 help packages to the villagers in Kampung Miri and Dusun Tamun Tunas, District of Boven Digoel, Papua recently.
The helps were rice for about 420 kg, instant noodle for about 40 boxes, coffee for about 20 boxes, tea for about 20 boxes, and 50 liters of cooking oil.
Everything was distributed through the corporate social contribution to the villagers as the owners of the areas, the widows, the children, the orphan who are hit by the economy.
One who got the helps, Theresia Kinimarop — representing the widow, old men, and orphan thanked the company for helping their daily needs.
The head of Kampung Miri, Alowesius Amkai thought that the helps from PT TSE would make their burdens lighter, namely in their daily lives.
PT Tunas Sawa Erma, represented by Deputy General Manager Pubic Relation, Daniel Sim Ayomi said that the helps were the contribution of the company to the local villagers.
