DSNG Distributed Dividend Rp 12,5 Per Share

PalmOilMagazine, JAKARTA – The shareholders of PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) decided to give cash dividend about Rp 130,7 billion or Rp 12,5 per share. It was decided in the Annual Shareholder Meeting on Thursday (8/4/2021).

The meeting was held in the headquarter of DSNG in Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur and was attended by directors of DSNG and the members of commissioner board both physically and online attendance. The numbers of shareholders in the meeting reached 9.542.428.201 shares or representing 91,242% shares of the company out of treasury shares.

In 2020, DSNG got profits that could be distributed to the owners of the company for about Rp 476,6 billion. Of the numbers, Rp 130,7 billion or about 27% of the total net profits was distributed to the dividend.

Corporate Secretary DSNG, Paulina Suryanti told, the numbers of dividend in 2020 distributed to the shareholders increased than those in 2019 which reached Rp 52,3 billion or Rp 5 per share. 

“The meeting decided to distribute dividend about Rp 12,5 per share. The cash numbers distributed increased 150% compared to last year,” she said, as in the official statement to PalmOilMagazine, Thursday (8/4/2021).

It would be distributed to the shareholders referring to the available conditions and legal.

The meeting also decided to give authority to directors of the company to distribute the dividend and to do whatever it takes.

Based on the announcement of schedule and the administration of dividend sharing, DSNG would give the dividend on 6 May 2021, with recording date on 20 April 2021.  DSNG would not have backup fund because it reached the minimum numbers regulated in the laws while the rests of the net profit was as the profits to be used as the capital to do others and investment.

Based on the regulation in Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) DSNG would pay the cash dividend to the shareholders, at least 30 days after the announcement of the meeting treatise.

Besides the dividend distribution, the meeting also decided to change the coordinators of the company because they ended their work as boards of commissioners and directors. One new director is Albertus Hendrawan who has been joining the company since 1998 and became directors in many subsidiaries.

The meeting also decided to change the articles of association of the company based on the regulation of OJK No. 15/POJK.04/2020 about the Plan and administration of Shareholder Meeting of Open Company and the regulation of OJK No. 16/POJK.04/2020 about the Execution of Shareholder Meeting in electronic.
