PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – During the Annual Shareholders Meeting held on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (AALI) announced changes to its board of directors. The replacements were made to fill the vacancies left by the resignations of Said Fakhrullah, Mario C. Surung Gultom, and Rujito Purnomo.
These positions have now been assumed by Tingning Sukowignjo, Widayanto, and Arief Catur Irawan, respectively. According to Palmoilmagazine.com, sourced from the company’s official page, here are brief profiles of the three new directors at AALI.
Tingning Sukowignjo
Tingning Sukowignjo is an Indonesian citizen, was born in 1974. He is the director at the company since 2024, based on the 2024 annual shareholders meeting. Prior Tingning was working in many management positions at the subsidiaries of the company, including the Director of PT Eka Dura Perdana and directors in some other companies. He got his undergraduate degree majoring economy from Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana.
Widayanto
Widayanto is an Indonesian citizen, was born in 1974. He is the director of the company since 2024 based on the 2024 annual shareholders meeting. Widayanto did work in many management positions in the operational of AALI and its subsidiaries. He got his undergraduate degree from Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang.
Arief Catur Irawan
Arief Catur Irawan was born in 1971. He is an Indonesian citizen. He is the director of the company since the 2024 annual shareholders meeting. Prior, Arief was working in many significant postions in AALI, including as Executive Vice President Partnership Management. He got his undergraduate degree majoring agriculture in 1995 and Magister of Plantation Management in 2012 from INSTIPER Yogyakarta.
