PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – In July 2023, the Ministry of Finance’s Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keuangan (BPPK) organized the second LOKeR-X event, featuring the book launch and review of Eddy Abdurrachman’s professional biography. The event took place on the fifth floor of Gedung B at BPPK Purnawarman.
Andin Hadiyanto, the Head of BPPK, expressed that conducting the LOKeR-X Book Launching was a directive from the Minister of Finance to gather knowledge from experienced leaders with substantial expertise. This knowledge would serve as valuable insights and principles for the Ministry of Finance.
The LOKeR-X show this time proposed the theme “Pemimpin Berani Pembawa Perubahan”. It was attended by three sources, they were, Director of Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (PFMA), Eddy Abdurrachman; Grace S. Gandhi and Rachma Tri Widuri as the author of the book. The show was moderated by Ribut Sugianto.
The goal of biography book is about to document tacit knowledge of Eddy Abdurrachman into hand writing so that officers in Ministry of Finance could learn about. The book review also shared significant information within integrity, professional values to keep learning.
The biography book also describes the struggle of Eddy Abdurrachman who travelled to Jakarta to learn within a thousand rupiah in his pocket. Having no word to surrender, the man born in Bondowoso successfully solved every issue and has leadership soul that can be taken as model.
As Palmoilmagazine.com quoted from the official page of PFMA, Monday (24/7/2023), Eddy Abdurrachman left his legacy for Ministry of Finance, which is, digitally custom and tax transaction system by pioneering electronic data interchange and the establishment of key performance indicator in the ministry. Many can take the advantages until now. Eddy Abdurrachman is one visionary as the leadership support in PFMA.
Many officials in Ministry of Finance attended the show, such as, Minister of Finance, Sri Mulyani who also delivered testimony through video, testimony from Marwanto Harjowiryono as Widyaiswara Utama BPPK and Zaid Burhan Ibrahim as directors of PFMA online. (T2)
