PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The Attorney’s Office is reportedly conducting an investigation into the Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (PFMA). The release also highlights that individuals collaborating with the PFMA should be vigilant as they will continue to be monitored.
To be precise, on Monday, September 11, 2023, the Attorney’s Office conducted a search and inspection at the PFMA office. This operation took place from 10.00 to 23.00, as reported in the broadcast.
The Attorney’s office is currently investigating a new corruption case within the PFMA related to events that occurred between 2015 and 2022.
As quoted from CNN Indonesia, Head of Legal Public Relations The Attorney, Ketut Sumedana said that the case has been escalated to investigation since Thursday (7/9/2023).

In the case, Ketut said that the investigators in Deputy Attorney for Special Crime searched for the location. Besides, he also said, 15 witnesses had been questioned about the case.
However, Ketut was reluctant to tell more about the location and who the witnesses were because it was in the investigation phase.
“We would tell after the suspects have been decided and we questioned about 15 witnesses in the case,” Ketut said on Tuesday (19/9/2023) press conference. (T2)
