PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (PFMA) conducted a 9-year reflection at Ruang Rapat Nusantara I, Gedung Graha Mandiri, Jakarta.
The event was attended by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, its members, the Director of PFMA, its directors, division heads, all PFMA staff, and invited guests, including representatives from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and the Ministry of Agriculture.
During his speech, Zaid Burhan Ibrahim, Director of Finance, Public, Compliance, and Risk Management, expressed gratitude for the presence of all participants. The 9-year reflection of PFMA serves not only as an evaluation but also as an opportunity to prepare for future challenges.

He underscored the importance of reflection as a learning process to revisit the initial goals for which PFMA was established. “Every element in PFMA should have the same vision and mission with the organization, and PFMA would be sustainable only but becoming the modern, strong, and useful organization for the people and other stakeholders,” he said, as Palmoilmagazine.com quoted from the official page of PFMA on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
The reflection was about to accelerate the relationship among boards of supervisor, directors of PFMA, technical developer, financial developer, and every employee in the institution. “By having the strong relationship, it is hoped there would be chemistry to solve every future issue,” he said.
The special moment in the event was the announcement that one decade – reflection next year would be in the new office, Gedung Surachman Tjokrodisurjo. “Next year, one decade – reflection would be in the new office and would deliver new situation and spirit to make PFMA better than it in the previous years,” he said.
