PALMOILMAGAZINE, BEKASI – A solemn yet proud atmosphere filled the graduation ceremony of Politeknik Kelapa Sawit Citra Widya Edukasi (Poltek CWE). On this special occasion, retired Major General Dr. Bimo Prakoso, Chairman of the Citra Widya Edukasi Foundation, delivered an inspiring message not only to graduates but also to parents, faculty, and partners who have supported the institution’s journey.
“On this joyful occasion, let us offer gratitude to God Almighty. By His grace, we are able to gather here in good health and with blessings,” Bimo said in his opening remarks at the 3rd Applied Bachelor’s and 17th Associate Degree Graduation Ceremony for the 2024/2025 academic year, attended by Palmoilmagazine.com in Bekasi, Saturday (September 27, 2025).
Bimo highlighted that Poltek CWE’s success in producing a new generation of palm oil professionals would not have been possible without the trust of parents. He expressed his deep appreciation for their full support.
“We educate your sons and daughters under the principles of Asih, Asah, Asuh—to nurture them into professionals who are hardworking, honest, and dedicated. All of this is part of our contribution to building a stronger Indonesia,” he added.

Messages to Graduates
Bimo addressed several important reminders to the graduates. First, to always respect and love their parents. Second, that learning does not end with graduation.
“Continue to work as a team, share knowledge, and help each other solve problems,” he emphasized.
He also stressed the importance of discipline, hard work, and integrity.
“Never get involved in corruption, drugs, or bribery. Love your responsibilities and dedicate yourselves fully. Remember, our duty is to serve Indonesia by working hard and conducting research that improves productivity and quality,” Bimo urged.
He encouraged alumni to stay connected with their alma mater by contributing ideas and constructive feedback.
“Share thoughts to make learning more practical and keep innovating with new discoveries. Never give up—continue serving the nation,” he said.
Appreciation for Partners
On behalf of the foundation, Bimo also extended gratitude to various institutions supporting Poltek CWE. He acknowledged the guidance of LLDIKTI Region IV and the trust given by the Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDP). According to him, BPDP’s programs have opened access to higher education in palm oil for students from diverse regions.
“We hope the number of BPDP-supported students can increase to 500, even 750, next year,” he expressed.
Thanks were also directed to the founders and supervisors of the foundation, including Mr. Nyoman, founder of Poltek CWE, Mr. Yudha, Chairman of the Trustees, and Mr. Tjokro, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
“With their support, Poltek CWE continues to grow and contribute to the nation,” Bimo concluded.
With a spirit of unity and service, this year’s graduation was not merely a celebration of academic achievement—it marked the emergence of a new generation of palm oil professionals, ready to work with integrity and dedicate themselves to the progress of Indonesia. (P2)
