PALMOILMAGAZINE, MEDAN — The price of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) of oil palm in North Sumatra has increased again. According to the official decision from the FFB Pricing Team of North Sumatra Province for the July 2–8, 2025 period, the price for oil palm trees aged 10–20 years rose by IDR 41.62 per kilogram, bringing the rate to IDR 3,269.54/kg.

For the same period, the crude palm oil (CPO) price is set at IDR 13,460.00/kg, palm kernel price is recorded at IDR 10,007.13/kg, and K index stands at 92.43%.

  • 4 years: IDR 2,775.70/kg

  • 9 years: IDR 3,188.05/kg

  • 22 years: IDR 3,218.75/kg
  • 23 years: IDR 3,186.15/kg
