PALMOILMAGAZINE, Pekanbaru – The pricing team for plasma palm oil Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) in Riau Province has determined the FFB prices for the March 4–10, 2026 period. Referring to the FFB Price Determination Letter No. 7, the price for 9-year-old oil palm plantations increased by IDR 55.57 per kilogram, reaching IDR 3,613.91/kg.
During the same period, the reference price for crude palm oil (CPO) was set at IDR 14,198.05/kg, while the palm kernel price reached IDR 13,779.14/kg. The palm shell value was recorded at IDR 16.51/kg, with the K index standing at 92.98%, which serves as the basis for calculating plasma FFB prices in Riau Province.
According to data compiled by Palmoilmagazine.com from the Riau Provincial Plantation Agency, plasma FFB prices vary depending on the age of the oil palm trees.

For younger plantations, the price for 3-year-old palms was set at IDR 2,792.44/kg, while 4-year-old trees reached IDR 3,159.13/kg. Prices for 5-year-old plantations were recorded at IDR 3,346.16/kg, followed by IDR 3,490.90/kg for 6-year-old palms.
Meanwhile, the price for 7-year-old plantations stood at IDR 3,566.85/kg, and 8-year-old palms were priced at IDR 3,608.90/kg. The price for 9-year-old palms reached IDR 3,613.91/kg, the highest level in the category.
For plantations aged 10–20 years, the price was set at IDR 3,595.31/kg. Prices for older plantations were recorded at IDR 3,539.86/kg for 21-year-old palms and IDR 3,486.98/kg for 22-year-old trees.

The price gradually declined to IDR 3,430.21/kg for 23-year-old palms, IDR 3,368.13/kg for 24-year-old plantations, and IDR 3,298.16/kg for 25-year-old trees.
For older trees, the price was recorded at IDR 3,255.88/kg for 26-year-old palms, IDR 3,213.56/kg for 27-year-old plantations, IDR 3,172.52/kg for 28-year-old palms, IDR 3,156.67/kg for 29-year-old trees, and IDR 3,143.47/kg for 30-year-old plantations. (P2)
