At least, there are five things to do to realize Bebel Province as the central development of the two commodities, they are, the first, it needs to provide palm oil and pepper infrastructures to escalate agricultural business so that the farmers and smallholders would maximally work.
The second, it needs to expand marketing network of the two commodities by involving information technology. This would be more effective to run.
The third, it needs to establish cooperation to reinforce the smallholders and farmers’ business capital because one issue that the smallholders and farmers face is modal. If it is established, it would ease them to develop their business.
The fourth, it needs to conduct counseling or socialization by delivering information about the potential of white pepper and palm oil, such as by delivering materials through seminars, visit, trainings, and supervision.
The fifth, it needs to conduct cooperation with related institutions, provide superior seeds. By having such cooperation, the smallholders and farmers would deliver very good harvest for they planted superior seeds from related institutions.

By implementing such things, it is hoped to minimize the negative impacts for the farmers of white pepper and smallholders. They would easily maximize the potentials of the two plants to magnify the potentials in Babel to be production center.
Of course, everything above needs support and encouragement from many parties, not only from the smallholders and farmers. The two are the specific icons of Babel Province. By delivering the best, Babel would be the center of white pepper and palm oil production. Hopefully.
