PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) prices at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) recorded a withdraw (WD) on Monday (September 29, 2025), with the highest bid reaching Rp14,588/kg. This marked a decline of Rp90/kg, or around 0.61%, compared to Friday’s (September 26) price of Rp14,678/kg.

According to information obtained by Palmoilmagazine.com from KPBN, the Franco Dumai CPO price opened at Rp14,700/kg but ended with a WD, settling at the highest bid of Rp14,588/kg. Meanwhile, the FOB Talang Duku CPO opened at Rp14,500/kg and also recorded a WD, with the highest bid at Rp14,388/kg.

On the international stage, Reuters reported that Malaysian palm oil futures opened higher on Monday (September 29), supported by strong export demand in recent weeks. This positive sentiment helped restore market confidence after a decline in the previous session.

The benchmark December 2025 contract on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange rose RM19 per ton, or 0.43%, to RM4,415 per ton (equivalent to US$1,048.69) during the midday break. This rebound came after the contract had dropped 0.97% on Friday.

Cargo surveyor data showed Malaysia’s palm oil exports from September 1–25 increased between 11.3% and 12.9% compared to the same period in August. Official export figures for September are scheduled to be released on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, other vegetable oils showed mixed movements. The most active soyoil contract on the Dalian exchange fell 0.37%, while Dalian palm oil slipped 0.28%. In the Chicago Board of Trade, soyoil futures also eased 0.2%.
