PALMOILMAGAZINE, MEDAN – The North Sumatra Provincial Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) Pricing Team has released the latest benchmark prices for the period of October 1–7, 2025. For oil palm trees aged 10–20 years, the FFB price recorded a slight increase of IDR 1.32 per kilogram, reaching IDR 3,653.03/kg.
In addition, the price of crude palm oil (CPO) was set at IDR 14,470.67/kg, while palm kernel stood at IDR 13,796.71/kg. The K index for this period was recorded at 93.03%.
According to data from the North Sumatra Plantation Agency, here is the detailed FFB pricing by plant age:
- 3 years: IDR 2,826.91/kg
- 4 years: IDR 3,097.30/kg
- 5 years: IDR 3,286.24/kg
- 6 years: IDR 3,379.53/kg
- 7 years: IDR 3,408.18/kg
- 8 years: IDR 3,500.97/kg
- 9 years: IDR 3,565.53/kg
- 10–20 years: IDR 3,653.03/kg
- 21 years: IDR 3,646.17/kg
- 22 years: IDR 3,599.06/kg
- 23 years: IDR 3,564.05/kg
- 24 years: IDR 3,448.28/kg
