PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The Ministry of National Development Planning and the European Union officially launched “The European Union-Indonesia Cooperation Publication 2024-2025” in Jakarta on Tuesday (17/9/2024).
This publication serves as a guideline for developers and stakeholders to foster a strategic partnership between Indonesia and the EU, highlighting innovative programs that reflect their mutual commitments.
H.E. Denis Chaibi, the EU Ambassador to Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam, emphasized that the partnership is grounded in shared values such as legal frameworks, regional cohesion, and multilateralism. “In an increasingly complex global landscape, the European Union remains a reliable strategic partner for Indonesia,” he stated in an official release to Palmoilmagazine.com.

Suharso Monoarfa, Indonesia’s Minister of National Development Planning, welcomed the publication as a continuation of a long-standing partnership. He noted that the collaboration is crucial for advancing Indonesia’s national development priorities and achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), contributing to a more prosperous and sustainable future for the country.
The publication would cover some bilateral aspects, such as, trade, investment, higher education, governance, human rights, environment, and climate change. Besides, the publication would describe European Union gateway strategic globally that was formulated to solve the global scale challenges, such as, climate change, and increase the health system, and supply chain security.
By the launching, it is hoped he cooperation between both parties would always be developing, delivering bigger advantages namely for the international scale – population. (P2)
