CPO Prices Declined at KPBN Inacom on July 3, 2024

PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – On Wednesday, July 3, 2024, the crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom was priced at Rp 13,170/kg, reflecting a decrease of Rp 15/kg (approximately 0.11%) from the previous day’s tender, which was Rp 13,185/kg.

According KPBN to Palmoilmagazine.com, the CPO Franco prices were Rp 13,170/kg in Belawan and Dumai, Rp 12,970/kg in Talang Duku, Rp 12,931/kg in Sei Tapung, and Rp 12,720/kg in Kembayan. For crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) in Lampung, the price was Rp 16,872/kg, with the highest bid at Rp 15,000/kg in the withdrawal (WD) process.

As quoted from Reuters, CPO contract price at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange got decreased on Wednesday (3/7/2024). It stopped a five–session increasing price in a row because of profit taking by the traders.

CPO reference contract price with the code FCPOc3 for September 2024 delivery at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange was RM 4.082 (US$ 865,20) per metric ton or got cheaper RM 7 per ton or about 0,17%.

Still from Reuters, the soyoil contract price at Dalian with the code DBYcv1 got increased 0,91%, CPO contract price with the code DCPcv1 did too 0,66%. Soyoil price at Chicago Board of Trade (BOc2) did escalate 1,04%. (P2)
