PALMOILMAGAZINE, MEDAN — Musim mas Group once again distributed qurban animals to communities surrounding its operational areas in celebration of Eid al-Adha 1447 Hijriah, reaffirming the company’s commitment to fostering strong and harmonious ties with local residents.
The annual program, which has been carried out consistently since 2022, reflects the company’s continued efforts to contribute positively to communities while promoting solidarity and social care during one of Islam’s most significant religious celebrations.
This year, Musim Mas distributed a total of 154 cows and 69 goats through its various operational units across several regions in Indonesia. The distribution process was conducted in stages and coordinated closely with local governments, mosque administrators, community leaders, and beneficiaries to ensure the aid reached the intended recipients effectively.

Musim Mas Group Corporate Affairs General Manager Yuandy said Eid al-Adha serves not only as a moment of sharing but also as an opportunity to strengthen social bonds among communities.
“Through this social initiative, Musim Mas aims to demonstrate its commitment as a company that is not only present as a business entity, but also as part of the community itself. We hope the assistance provided can bring benefits and happiness to residents during the Eid al-Adha celebration,” Yuandy said in a statement received by Palmoilmagazine.com on Wednesday (28/5).
Beyond its social contribution, the qurban program is also expected to reinforce mutual cooperation and strengthen relationships between the company and communities surrounding its operational areas.

Saharuddin, widely known as Pak Udin and serving as a mosque imam in Kelurahan Besar, Medan Labuhan District, expressed appreciation for the company’s consistency in organizing social initiatives during Eid al-Adha.
“We highly appreciate Musim Mas’ concern for surrounding communities, especially through the distribution of qurban animals during Eid al-Adha. Activities like this show that the company is not only present as part of the local environment, but also shares happiness and strengthens ties with the community,” he said.
He added that the annual Eid al-Adha assistance program has delivered tangible benefits for local residents.

“We truly feel the impact, especially in supporting the qurban worship activities and helping distribute meat to residents in need. A resident of Kelurahan Besar, Medan Labuhan District, Idris Tobing, also expressed gratitude for the support provided by the company.
“Alhamdulillah, we are very grateful and happy to receive qurban animal assistance from Musim Mas. The qurban meat is very meaningful for us, especially during Eid al-Adha like this. Hopefully, acts of kindness and care like this will continue to bring benefits and strengthen togetherness with the community,” he said.
