PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) saw an increase, reaching Rp 11,318/kg on Thursday, August 31, 2023. This marks an improvement of Rp 98/kg compared to the previous day’s tender on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, when it was priced at Rp 11,220/kg.
According to information obtained by Palmoilmagazine.com from KPBN, CPO prices in Belawan and Dumai were Rp 11,318/kg. In Talang Duku, the price stood at Rp 11,118/kg, while the highest bid during the withdrawal (WD) process was Rp 10,995/kg.
Quoting from Central Bureau of Statistic, CPO and its derivative exports contributed up to 11,59 percent. July 2023 exports compared to June 2023 exports decreased 1,51 percent. YoY they also decreased up to 19,25 percent.

CPO and its derivative values in July 2023 reached US$ 2,28 billion. Compared to the previous month, they decreased US$ 0,03 billion or US$ 2,31 billion. Compared to the previous year or in July 2022, July 2023 exports decreased US$ 0,54 billion or US$ 2,82 billion.
