PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The tender price for Crude Palm Oil (CPO) at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom on Wednesday (3/4/2024) stood at Rp 13,435/kg. This marks an increase of Rp 182/kg or approximately 1.37% compared to the previous Tuesday’s (2/4/2024) tender, which was Rp 13,253/kg.
According to information obtained by Palmoilmagazine.com from KPBN, the price of CPO Franco in Belawan and Dumai was Rp 13,435/kg. Meanwhile, CPO Franco in Talang Duku was priced at Rp 13,285/kg, but it was in withdrawal (WD) with the highest bid recorded at Rp 13,157/kg.
At the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange, the price of CPO for June 2024 delivery saw an increase of RM 89 per ton or about 2.06%, reaching RM 4,401 (US$ 925.94) per metric ton. This surge represents a 3.01% increase from the first session to the highest level observed in the past 13 weeks.

According to Reuters, the contract price of soyoil at the Dalian Commodity Exchange increased by 1.10%, while the CPO contract price experienced a steeper rise of 3.25%. In contrast, soyoil price at the Chicago Board of Trade recorded a more modest increase of 0.57%.
