PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom was Rp 12,787/kg on Friday (June 14, 2024), marking an increased of Rp 87/kg or approximately 0.69% compared to Thursday (June 13, 2024) when it was Rp 12,700/kg.
According to information from KPBN to Palmoilmagazine.com, CPO franco prices in Belawan and Dumai also reached Rp 12,787/kg. In Lampung, the price of CPKO was Rp 16,154/kg, but the highest bid during the withdrawal was Rp 15,500/kg. In Palembang, CPKO reached IDR 16,011/kg, with the highest bid at WD being IDR 15,790/kg.
Palmoilmagazine.com noted that the average CPO tender at KPBN for the week of June 10-14, 2024, rose by Rp 112.60/kg to Rp 12,659.80/kg, an increase of about 0.9% from the previous week (June 3-7, 2024), which was Rp 12,547.20/kg.

Meanwhile, CPO contract prices on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange rose on Friday (June 14, 2024) due to ringgit weakness, although this marked the second consecutive weekly decline for CPO contract prices, cited by Reuters.
Still from Reuters, CPO reversed the two day – increasing price because soyoil and crude oil got cheaper at Chicago Board of Trade. CPO reference contract price for August 2024 delivery increased RM 7 per ton or about 0,18% to be RM 3.943 (US$ 836,80) per metric ton in the evening session.
