PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The price of crude palm oil (CPO) at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom was set at Rp. 12,740 / kg on Thursday (18/7/2024), thus the price of CPO recorded an increase of Rp. 2 / kg, or there was an increase of about 0.02% compared to the price of CPO on Wednesday (17/7/2024) which reached Rp. 12,738 / kg.

From the information obtained by Palmoilmagazine.com from KPBN, the price of CPO Franco Belawan & Dumai was set at IDR 12,740 / kg. The price of CPO in Kembayan was set at Rp. 12,290/Kg. Then the price of CPO in Parindu was set at IDR 12,390/Kg. Then, the price of palm oil kernel (CPKO) in Lampung opened at IDR 17,589/Kg, but there was a withdrawal (WD) with the highest bid of IDR 14,000/Kg.

While reported by Reuters, the price of palm oil futures on Bursa Malaysia fell on Thursday, (18/7/2024) weighed down by weakening prices of other vegetable oil contracts in Dalian and Chicago, although strengthening crude oil prices and a weaker ringgit limited losses.

The price of the benchmark palm oil contract for October 2024 delivery on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange fell RM 15 per tonne or about 0.38%, to RM 3,917 (US$ 839.84) per metric tonne on ore.

– Kembayan Rp. 12,290-EUP

CPKO: Lampung IDR 17,589 (WD). Highest bid Rp. 14,000-AMJP. (P2)
