PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – On Tuesday, July 23, 2024, the crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom was Rp 12,804/kg, marking a slight decrease of Rp 6/kg or approximately 0.05% from the previous day’s tender, which was Rp 12,810/kg.
According to KPBN Inacom, the CPO price was Rp 12,804/kg in Belawan and Dumai, and Rp 12,604/kg in Talang Duku. The crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) was priced at Rp 18,675/kg in Belawan and Rp 18,327/kg in Lampung, with the highest bid in Lampung being Rp 15,000/kg.
As reported by Reuters, the CPO contract price at the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange increased on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, marking the sixth consecutive session of gains. This is the longest upward streak since January 2024 and is attributed to rising export figures in July 2024.
