As Palmoilmagazine.com quoted from the official page of South Kalimantan Province, the main goals of the meeting were to get statistic data, to identify what smallholders are facing, to formulate better policies in palm oil plantation regulation, qualify ISPO (Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil) certificate, and qualify the terms and conditions to get smallholders replanting program.

The important note is that major/regent is in charge to publish cultivation document. Cultivation document is not permit handed over to smallholders that cultivate less than 25 hectares but the more important thing is that its publication would be free of charge for smallholders. (T2)
