JARR Share Price Rises 5%, Palm Oil Stocks Are Still Good at Monday (9/10)

PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The selling price of palm oil stocks on Monday, October 9, 2023 has increased. Based on Palmoilmagazine.com monitoring at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), as many as nine palm oil issuers increased their selling prices, led by JARR shares which rose by up to 5 percent.

Meanwhile, the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) on Monday, September 9, 2023 rose 2.94 points. IHSG rose to a level of 6,891.46. The increase in the IHSG level at the beginning of this week, began in the morning. Where IHSG opened at 6,901.81, up compared to last week’s closing at 6,888.52.

Throughout stock trading today (9/10) IHSG was in the range of 6,880.54 to 6,929.97. Then closed in the afternoon with an increase of 0.043 percent.

The slight increase in the JCI level also encouraged the increase in a number of palm oil stocks. Based on Palmoilmagazine.com monitoring, here are the top five selling prices of palm oil stocks on Monday (9/10):

  • JARR shares, or PT Jhonlin Agro Raya Tbk, rose 5 percent. The selling price of JARR shares was Rp 189 per share.
  • JAWA shares or PT Jaya Agra Wattie Tbk. rose 3.31 percent. The selling price of JAWA shares is Rp. 156 per share.
  • GZCO or PT Gozco Plantations Tbk. shares, up 2.17 percent. The selling price of GZCO shares is Rp. 94 per share.
  • UNSP or PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk. shares, up 1.72 percent. The selling price of UNSP shares is Rp. 118 per share.
  • NSSS or PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk. shares, up 1.05 percent. The selling price of NSSS shares is Rp. 192 per share.

The increase in the selling price of TOP 5 palm oil stocks was also followed by an increase in the selling price of PSGO, ANJT, TLDN and AALI shares. The increase in selling prices ranged from 0.09 percent to 0.72 percent.
