PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk (TLDN) has announced its plan to distribute dividends totaling Rp 158.08 billion for every shareholder, derived from the net profit of Rp 451.79 billion in 2023. This decision was made during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on April 25, 2024, in Jakarta.
In addition to the dividend payout, Rp 292.71 billion of the 2023 net profit was earmarked for other purposes, while Rp 1 billion was allocated as a backup to comply with regulations stipulated in Chapter 25, paragraph (3) of the company’s articles of association and Chapter 70 of the Laws of Liability of Company.
The AGMS followed the annual agenda outlined in Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) Number 16/POJK.04/2020 concerning Public Company Shareholders Meetings conducted electronically.

“In the 2023 AGMS, we – the management of TLDN, other shareholders and every stakeholder attending the meeting come to a conclusion that this year total dividend would be Rp 158,08 billion or equal to Rp 12,21 per stock. The numbers have been decided as the available dividend policy in the company,” Director of PT TLDN said, as in the official statement to Palmoilmagazine.com, Saturday (27/4/2024).
Besides sharing the dividend in the 2023 AGMS, some agreements were decided, such as, approval of the 2023 annual report and validation of financial audit report that ended on 31 December 2023, and fully granting repayment and release of responsibility (volledig acquit et de charge) for every director and boards of commissioner on management and supervision that happened in 2023, as long as every action was reflected in the 2023 financial report of the company.
