Teladan Prima Agro will distribute an interim dividend of IDR 258.93 billion, or IDR 20 per share, after reporting higher first-half revenue and continued profitability in 2026.
PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA — PT Teladan Prima Agro Tbk (TLDN) has approved an interim dividend of IDR 258.93 billion for the 2026 financial year, equivalent to IDR 20 per share, as the palm oil company seeks to return value to shareholders while continuing to strengthen its plantation business.
The interim dividend was approved through Directors’ Resolution No. 122/SK-DIR/TPA/X/2026 and received approval from the company’s Board of Commissioners on October 1, 2026.

Shareholders listed on the company’s shareholder register as of October 14, 2026, will be entitled to receive the dividend, according to a company statement received by PalmOilMagazine.
For the regular and negotiated markets, the cum-dividend date is October 12, followed by the ex-dividend date on October 13. For the cash market, the cum-dividend date is October 14 and the ex-dividend date is October 15.
The dividend payment is scheduled for October 22, 2026.

Stronger First-Half Performance Supports Dividend
The dividend decision follows Teladan Prima Agro’s solid financial performance in the first half of 2026.
The company recorded revenue of IDR 2.71 trillion, up 6.5% from the same period a year earlier. EBITDA rose 3.8% year on year to IDR 904.30 billion, while net profit reached IDR 543.65 billion.

The performance was supported by higher sales volumes and improved average selling prices for several key products, including crude palm oil (CPO), palm kernel (PK) and crude palm kernel oil (CPKO).
Despite higher production costs, the company said operational management enabled it to maintain profitability. Management views the results as a basis for balancing shareholder returns with continued investment in long-term business growth.
Teladan Prima Agro President Director Wishnu Wardhana said the interim dividend reflects the company’s commitment to shareholders.

“The interim dividend demonstrates the company’s commitment to providing returns to shareholders, in line with the continued resilience of our business performance,” Wishnu said.
Teladan Prima Agro Expands Technology and Sustainability
Alongside maintaining profitability, Teladan Prima Agro is strengthening its sustainability strategy through higher productivity, operational efficiency and the adoption of technology- and data-driven agricultural practices.
The company is also using data science to support data-based decision-making, improve agricultural practices and monitor environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance across its operations.

Teladan Prima Agro is an agribusiness company engaged in oil palm plantations, palm oil processing and renewable energy. It manages more than 64,400 hectares across several districts in East Kalimantan and operates six palm oil mills with combined processing capacity of 335 tonnes of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) per hour.
In addition to CPO and PK, the company produces CPKO and palm kernel expeller (PKE) and operates a 1.7-megawatt biogas power plant. (P2)
