CPO Tender at KPBN on August 29, 2023, Top Bid of Rp 11,220/Kg

PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) bidding at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) witnessed a decrease to Rp 11,220/kg on Tuesday (29/8/2023), marking a decline of Rp 35/kg from the previous day’s tender on Tuesday (28/8/2023) at Rp 11,255/kg.

According to the information gathered by Palmoilmagazine.com from KPBN, CPO prices in Belawan and Dumai stood at Rp 11,255/kg. Meanwhile, in Talang Duku, it was priced at Rp 11,085/kg; however, a withdrawal (WD) occurred with the highest bid at Rp 11,000/kg. In terms of crude palm kernel oil (CPKO), the rate in Belawan was Rp 11,267/kg.

Conversely, the CPO trade at the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange experienced positive growth. As per Reuters, the reference contract for CPO with the code FCPOc3, scheduled for delivery in November 2023, surged by RM 44 or 1.07%, reaching RM 3,953 (equivalent to US$ 850.11) per metric ton during the early trading session.
