PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The tender for Crude Palm Oil (CPO) at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) rose to Rp 11,277/kg on Tuesday (19/12/2023), indicating an increase of Rp 77/kg or approximately 0.14% compared to the Monday (18/12/2023) tender at Rp 11,200/kg.
As reported by Palmoilmagazine.com, CPO Franco prices were noted at Rp 11,277/kg in Dumai, Rp 11,147/kg in Teluk Bayur, and Rp 11,077/kg in Talang Duku. Additionally, Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO) in Dumai recorded a price of Rp 11,639/kg.
Meanwhile, the CPO contract price at the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange experienced its fourth consecutive increase on Tuesday (19/12/2023). This upward trend is attributed to lower stocks and growing concerns about the impending dry season, which is expected to impact production negatively.

According to Reuters, the CPO reference contract with the code FCPOc3 for March 2024 delivery at the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange saw a rise of RM 37 per ton, approximately 0.99%, reaching RM 3,782 (US$ 808.64) per ton at midday.
