PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The tender price for Crude Palm Oil (CPO) at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) rose to Rp 12,455/kg on Friday (1/3/2024), indicating an increase of Rp 100/kg or approximately 0.52% compared to Thursday’s tender which was Rp 12,390/kg.
According to Palmoilmagazine.com, CPO Franco in Belawan and Dumai was priced at Rp 12,455/kg. In Talang Duku, the price stood at Rp 12,255/kg. Meanwhile, in East Kalimantan, it was Rp 12,055/kg, but with the highest bid for withdrawal (WD) at Rp 11,455/kg. In West Kalimantan, the price was Rp 12,105/kg, with the highest bid for WD at Rp 12,051/kg.
The price of Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO) in Lampung was Rp 12,958/kg, but with the highest bid for WD at Rp 11,011/kg.

What Palmoilmagazine.com calculated from on 26 February – 1 March2024, CPO average price at KPBN increased about Rp 192,00/kg to be Rp 12.288,00/kg or increased about 1,59% to the previous week (19 – 23 February 2024) that was Rp. 12.096,00/kg.
CPO price at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange did increase on Friday (1/3/2024) and weekly increasing price because the contract would be increasing as other vegetable oils got increased at Dalian and Chicago Board of Trade.
As quoted from Reuters, CPO reference contract price with the code FCPOc3 for May 2024 delivery at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange increased RM 7 per ton or about 0,18% to be RM 3.977 (US$ 839,92) per metric ton in the morning session. It increased 3,35% this whole week.
