PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom was priced at Rp 12.408/kg on Tuesday (3/6/2024), marking a decrease of Rp 327/kg or approximately 2.57% compared to Monday’s (3/6/2024) tender price of Rp 12.735/kg.
According to information obtained by Palmoilmagazine.com from KPBN, the CPO price for Franco in Belawan and Dumai was Rp 12.408/kg. In East Kalimantan, the price was Rp 12.008/kg, in Perindu and Ngabang it was Rp 12.058/kg, and in Kembayan it opened at Rp 11.958/kg but experienced a withdrawal (WD) with the highest bid reaching Rp 11.755/kg.
Meanwhile, the crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) price in Belawan was set at Rp 16.176/kg.

As reported by Reuters, the CPO contract price at the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange dropped by over 3% on Tuesday (4/6/2024) as new trading resumed following national holidays. This decline was influenced by falling prices of other vegetable oils on the Dalian Commodity Exchange, which pressured the market.
The CPO reference contract price for August 2024 delivery at the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange fell by RM 136 per ton, or about 3.34%, to RM 3.940 (US$ 839.73) per metric ton in early trading. Last week, the CPO reference contract had risen by 5%.
The soyoil contract price on the Dalian Commodity Exchange decreased by 1.45%, while the CPO contract price dropped by 2.03%. In contrast, the soyoil price at the Chicago Board of Trade rose by 0.32%.
