CPO Price at KPBN Inacom Increased on Thursday (15/8)

PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom reached Rp 12,520 per kg on Thursday, August 15, 2024, marking an increase of Rp 15 per kg, or about 0.12%, compared to the previous day’s price of Rp 12,505 per kg.

Based on information from KPBN Inacom to Palmoilmagazine.com, Franco’s CPO in Belawan and Dumai was also priced at Rp 12,520 per kg, while crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) in Belawan was priced at Rp 19,811 per kg.

As reported by Reuters, the CPO contract price on the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange rose for the second consecutive session on Thursday, supported by low stock levels and the lowest prices seen in the past seven months.

CPO contract price for October 2024 delivery at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange got increased RM 10 per ton or about 0,27% to be RM 3.733 (US$ 842,66) per metric ton in the evening session.

Still from Reuters, soyoil contract price at Dalian got escalated 0,96% after it got decreased for three sessions in a row. CPO contract price got increased 1,05%. Soyoil price at Chicago Board of Trade did increase 0,15%. (P2)
