PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) on Thursday, September 5, 2024, was priced at Rp 13,131/kg, marking a decrease of Rp 81/kg or about 0.97% from the previous day’s price of Rp 13,212/kg on September 4, 2024.
According to KPBN data obtained by Palmoilmagazine.com, CPO prices in Belawan and Dumai was priced at Rp 13,131/kg, while in Talang Duku stood at Rp 12,931/kg.
Meanwhile, Reuters reported that CPO contract prices at the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange extended losses for the fourth consecutive session on the same day, despite reduced trading volume and concerns about weak production forecasts.

CPO contract reference price (FCPOc3) for November 2024 delivery at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange got cheaper RM 20 per ton or about 0,51% to be RM 3.866 (US$ 892,84) per metric ton in the midday.
Reuters noted soyoil contract price at Dalian (DBYcv1) got decreased 0,7%, CPO contract price did too (DCPcv1) 0,68%. Soyoil price at Chicago Board of Trade BOcv1 got increased 0,2%. (P2)
